Return & Refund Policy LUXE Whitening Lounge

1. General Policy

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, all oral care and whitening products are final sale unless otherwise stated below. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products for health and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: luxewhiteninglounge@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging If approved, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside the 7-day window.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and ship the correct product once the original item is received (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened toothpaste

• Opened mouthwash

• Opened whitening kits

• Any product showing signs of use

• Gift cards

• Final sale or promotional items

This policy protects both our clients and product integrity.

5. Sensitivity or Personal Reactions

Results and sensitivities vary by individual. Because our products are cosmetic and personal-care items:

• We do not offer refunds due to sensitivity, taste preference, or personal reaction once the product has been opened.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult your dental professional.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability LUXE Whitening Lounge is not responsible for misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or use inconsistent with intended cosmetic application. All products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not a substitute for professional dental care.

8. Refund Policy for Whitening Services

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • Services are non-refundable. Once paid in full, charges cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Prepaid packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. I understand that if I choose to purchase a double session or multi-session package and pay in full at my initial appointment or an appointment thereafter, this payment is non-refundable. If I choose not to complete the additional session(s) for any reason (including but not limited to schedule changes, personal preference, or change of mind), I acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

    By booking a service or buying our products you agree to our no-refund/return policy.
