These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products and all services provided by LUXE Whitening Lounge. These terms and conditions outline Luxe Whitening Lounge policies and client responsibilities. By using our website, purchasing our products or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LUXE Whitening Lounge provides professional cosmetic teeth whitening services, take home whitening products and oral health products. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as lifestyle habits, natural enamel color, enamel defects and prior dental work. No specific shade or outcome can be guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients may be as young as 12 years old if the whitening specialist has verbally confirmed that scheduling the appointment is appropriate. 14 years of age or older is recommended.

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical or dental history, including dental restorations, oral health concerns, high dose retinol use, or allergies.

  • Teeth whitening is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients unless clearance is given by a doctor, or for those with untreated oral health conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed accurate health and dental information.

  • You understand teeth whitening may cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation.

  • You understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.

  • You will follow all aftercare instructions provided by LUXE Whitening Lounge to maintain results.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A valid payment method is required to book. Your card information is held on file and only used to charge late cancellation fees, no-show fees or to pay for your services.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee.

  • If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled, with less than a 24 hr notice, you will automatically be charged a non-refundable $50 fee.

  • A $100 fee will automatically be charged for all no shows. This fee is non-refundable and will NOT be put toward future appointments.

  • You understand and agree that in the event any fees described herein apply, you hereby give consent to LUXE Whitening Lounge to charge your card on file immediately.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and potentially skipping extra complimentary spa amenities.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • Services are non-refundable. Once paid in full, charges cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Prepaid packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. I understand that if I choose to purchase a double session or multi-session package and pay in full at my initial appointment or an appointment thereafter, this payment is non-refundable. If I choose not to complete the additional session(s) for any reason (including but not limited to schedule changes, personal preference, or change of mind), I acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

  • I also understand that all product sales are final. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any product purchases, whether opened or unopened or if you do not like the product.

  • By booking a service or buying our products you agree to this no-refund/return policy.

6. Products & At-Home Whitening Kits

  • At-home whitening kits are intended for cosmetic use only and are not a substitute for professional dental care.

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Clients must follow all included instructions. LUXE Whitening Lounge is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from misuse.

  • Products are not recommended for individuals under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding clients (unless given clearance for a doctor to use), or those with untreated dental concerns.

  • All product sales are final. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any product purchases, whether opened or unopened or if you do not like the product.

  • Once shipped, LUXE Whitening Lounge is not liable for carrier delays, damages, or lost packages.

7. Scalp Massage Service

  • LUXE Whitening Lounge offers an optional scalp massage for relaxation and stress relief purposes only.

  • This service is non-therapeutic and does not claim to treat or diagnose any medical condition.

  • Clients experiencing scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, or injuries should disclose this prior to the service.

  • LUXE Whitening Lounge is not responsible for any irritation, discomfort or hair loss that may result from this optional add-on.

8. SMS & Email Communication

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive recurring text messages and emails from LUXE Whitening Lounge. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Scheduling updates and rescheduling notifications

• Exclusive offers, promotions, and membership information

• Service updates and client communication

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply. LUXE Whitening Lounge is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier. You may opt out of text marketing at any time or unsubscribe from emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

LUXE Whitening Lounge is not a dental office and does not provide medical or dental treatment. Our services are cosmetic only. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing dental conditions or restorations that do not respond to whitening.

  • Sensitivity, irritation, or other side effects that may occur.

  • Failure to achieve or maintain desired results.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, text, photos, and designs, are the property of LUXE Whitening Lounge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

LUXE Whitening Lounge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
